What can I do if Boost isn’t loading?

1. Check to make sure you are connected to the Internet.
2. Double tap the Home button on your phone.
3. Swipe the Boost app to close it.
4. Reopen Boost.

If app still does not load, reinstall the app:

1. Tap and hold the Boost app icon.
2. Tap the X icon.
3. Tap Delete.
4. Open the App Store on your phone.
5. Search Boost.
6. Tap Get.
7. Tap Install.
8. Open Boost.
